Join fellow members of Local 79 at the Annual Ecuadorian Day Parade. Among other things, this year’s parade will highlight the strength and resilience of New York’s Ecuadorian population in light of the devastating earthquake that hit Ecuador in April of this year. $4,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit

Recently, Local 79 members received a mailing from the National Life Insurance Company. This company provides all Local 79 members and retirees with a $4,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit at no charge to them or to Local 79. As a member of Local 79, you are automatically enrolled for coverage and do not need to fill out anything to be eligible to receive this benefit. If you die from an accident and you have not designated a beneficiary with the company, your estate will receive the money.
