Local 79 is excited to announce our new Retiree Council. Together they represent centuries of experience and commitment to the labor movement. Our union is strong because our predecessors’ legacy and we promise to continue to fight for justice for nyc construction workers. We thank them all for their unselfish dedication to our Local and look forward to the forthcoming initiatives of the Local 79 Retiree Council.
