Local 79 Apprentice Recruitment The Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) for Construction and General Building Laborers, Local Union #79, will conduct a limited recruitment October 24, 2025 to November 6, 2025 for 200 Skilled Construction Craft Laborer apprentices, the New York State Department of Labor announced today.
