In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Local 79 offices will close at 12 noon on Wednesday, November 25, and will be closed on Thursday, November 26 – Friday, November 27, 2026. Our offices will reopen on Monday, November 30, 2026 at 8:00 am May the warmth of the harvest fill your heart this season!!

General Membership Meeting/Holiday Party at the Villa Barone Manor in Bronx, NY –  Wednesday, December 16, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Buses will shuttle members from the Pelham Bay Park #6 train station (intersection of Bruckner Blvd. & Westchester Ave.) to the Villa Barone Manor located at 737 Throggs Neck Expressway from 4 pm – 8 pm.
