Re-registration for all members to maintain their position on Local 79’s Job Referral list. Dates for re-registration are July 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8. Hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm each day. Please call the Job Administration Dept. 212-465-7915, 7918, 7919, or 7969.

In observance of Independence Day,  Local 79 offices will be closed all day.

General Membership Meeting - Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 5:00 pm St. Vartan Armenian Cathedral 630 2nd Ave. New York, NY 10016 Between: 34th St. & 35th St. Directions: 4, 5, or 6 Train to  Grand Central – 42nd St.

There will be no general membership meeting in August 2025. The next General Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm.

In observance of the Labor Day Holiday, Local 79 offices will close at 12 noon on Friday, August 29, 2025 and will be closed all day on Monday, September 1, 2025.
