Volunteers Needed for Flushing Meadows—Corona Park Cleanup Day Sunday, June 22, 2025 @ Flushing Meadows – Corona Park 8:00 am meet-up for breakfast | 9:00 am cleanup begins **Breakfast and lunch will be served** Take the # 7 Train to Mets – Willets Point Station. Walk down the boardwalk and meet at the Passerelle Circle at the entrance to the park. Re-registration for all members to maintain their position on Local 79’s Job Referral list. Dates for re-registration are July 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8. Hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm each day. Please call the Job Administration Dept. 212-465-7915, 7918, 7919, or 7969.

In observance of Independence Day,  Local 79 offices will be closed all day.
