Helpline Available for Members Experiencing Domestic or Intimate Partner Violence

Local 79 would like to end Women’s History Month on a somber note, in memory of our sister Kimberly Grant, who posthumously is Local 79’s Women of the Year. In her honor, Local 79 has launched a program along with the Local 79 Women’s Committee to provide assistance to members experiencing Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence. This new service for members creates a direct line from our members to the services that the City provides.
