Local 79 Family Fun Day & Health Fair
Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Driftwood Day Camp, Melville, NY
Join the members of Local 79 and their families for a fun-filled outing. The fair offers members and their families the opportunity to receive health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose) and get health-related information. Activities include swimming, basketball, volleyball, softball, music, inflatables, Zipline, 50/50 raffle, and an all-day barbeque.
The cost per person to attend the Health Fair is $10.00. Children under 5 years of age admitted free. You can purchase your tickets the day of the event until 1:00 pm. Tickets per member are unlimited until further notice. Wristbands are avilable for sale at the Local 79 hall.
We will have shuttle buses from the LIRR Huntington Station to the day camp starting at 10:30 am. The LIRR train schedule is available at www.longisland.com/LIRR/Huntington.
