As summer approaches, the demand increases for Local 79 members who have both scaffold-building certifications: the 32-hour Scaffold Erector Safety and the 16-hour NYC DOB Suspended Scaffold. If you lack either or both of these certifications, get in touch with the Mason Tenders Training Fund as soon as possible to take these classes. This will assure that when work is available, you will have the certifications necessary to be dispatched to the job.
