Local 79 Health Fair – May 12, 2018 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Join the members of Local 79 and their families for a fun-filled all-day outing. The fair offers members and their families the opportunity to receive health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose) and get health-related information. Activities include swimming, basketball, volleyball, pony rides, soccer, miniature golf, music, dancing, face painting, inflatables, 50/50 raffle, and an all day barbeque.

Cost per person to attend the Health Fair is $10.00. Children under 5 years of age admitted free. Only members can purchase tickets. Limit of six wristbands per member. All wristband sales will be donated to St. Mary’s Hospital for Children.

Where: Coleman Country Day Camp, Merrick, NY

When: Saturday, May 12, 2018 – 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Travel to Coleman Country Day Camp:
Long Island Railroad from Penn Station, Atlantic Terminal, or Jamaica to the Merrick Station.
Shuttle buses will be waiting to bring you to the camp.

Parking is limited so if you plan to drive, you will be parking at the Merrick Station of the LIRR. Shuttles will be running all day for the two-minute ride to the camp.
