This is a message provided by the Local 79 Judges of Election: Ballots are being mailed on June 1st to all Local 79 members at the address Local 79 has on file. If you do not receive a ballot by the end of the day on June 6th, you may request a replacement ballot by calling AAA (the firm that is conducting the mail ballot election) at 1-800-529-5218. Inform AAA that you are a Local 79 member and that you have not received your ballot in the mail. You will also need to provide AAA with your name and correct address.
All ballots are to be returned in the envelopes provided in the ballot packet. Please be sure to follow the directions in the packet to ensure that your vote will be counted.
