SST Cards and other training certificates from Valor Consulting have been invalidated by the Department of Buildings. Also if any of the certs used for your SST card come from Valor, your SST card is invalid.
If you have any doubts about your SST card or certificates you may contact the Mason Tenders Training Fund. If you need further training the MTTF will help you get those classes. NYC Department of Buildings announcement:
“VALOR CONSULTING: Today, April 2, 2024, the Department of Buildings has announced that a Notice of Intent to Revoke has been issued to Valor Consulting. In addition, SST cards and certificates issued by Valor have been invalidated. SST cards issued by providers other than Valor will also be invalid if certificates issued by Valor were used to issue SST cards.”
