African-American Day Parade 2019
Hundreds of Local 79 members joined a crowd of many thousands for the annual African American Day Parade in Harlem. Members were LOUD and PROUD wearing their distinctive Local 79 t-shirts. Unions and community organizations throughout New York City were represented at the festive parade, as were numerous high school marching bands.

Ecuadorian pride overflowed in the streets of Queens on Sunday, August 4 as hundreds of Local 79 members came together to celebrate their union pride and Ecuadorian culture.
