Congratulation to Luis Montalvo on his Retirement
Congratulations to Luis Montalvo on his retirement! Luis has been a LIUNA member for over 40 years. He finished his career serving our union as a Business Agent and Executive Board member. Previously, Luis worked as an organizer for LEROF and with Business Manager Mike Prohaska on the historic campaign to organize the demolition industry in the 1990s. Important Changes to the Legal Services Plan Effective September 1, 2022
The Board of Trustees of the Local 79 Legal Services Plan announce the following changes to the Plan, effective September 1, 2022. The Plan will provide benefits for immigration and naturalization services without an annual cap on hours. The current sixteen (16) hour cap will be removed.
